I insist that fitness be fun, make you feel good, and fit into your life. If you have specific performance goals in mind, we'll design a plan to get you there. If you simply want to feel better and be stronger, I'll keep you moving and help you build simple habits for a healthier lifestyle.

I am many things (a personal trainer, a lifelong equestrian, a runner, a rock climber, an engineer, a busy professional...) but most of all, I love movement! I want you to excel at your favorite activities, whether that means cross training for a competitive edge or learning how to develop and maintain an active lifestyle.
