My highest priority is to provide solutions that fit your life and individual needs.  Through a combination of online coaching and in-person training, we'll design a program that works for you.

Active Lifestyle Coaching

I want to help you revamp their routine to be more active, eat better, have more energy, and all around feel better!  This is great for people who may be new to exercise, or who are primarily seeking accountability, help with fitting exercise into a busy schedule, or nutrition support.  This option focuses on face-to-face meeting time with high-level weekly exercise targets.

Fitness Training and Programming

Fitness Training is perfect for people who already have some sort of exercise habit and are looking to increase performance, shake up their routine, adapt to physical or environmental changes, or get more support in planning what exercises to do and when.  This package focuses on detailed exercise programming with occasional check-ins and around-the-clock messaging.

Equestrian Fitness

Equestrians, you can improve your riding without getting on a horse!  Through either monthly training/coaching or clinic-style workout sessions, I will give you insight into your physical mechanics and personalized workout recommendations to be more effective in the saddle.

Single Training Sessions

Private or group workout sessions are available with or without monthly coaching.  Discounts available for multi-session bundles, add-ons to monthly packages, and groups.
